This article served as not only helpful but providing hope as I’ve been getting extremely discouraged. I’ve felt like my attention is all over the place and that with these little ones and other circumstances in my life, I was never going to get anywhere but where I am currently. After reading your article I realize that there is still hope and that there are ways for me to reach my goals and dreams still (which also happens to be becoming a kick ass coder) and I just want to say thank you for sharing! Starting today I’m going to get into a regular meditation habit again as well as back to using my pomo timer.
