Tips for boosting up your career

I called to sir Abdullah and asked him for time, when he will be free, as at that time I can’t met him personally because of different cities. I mentioned the purpose of my calling. After giving a brief introduction of Amal academy as he didn’t know anything about it. I explain the following tips in detail.

1. Put your time in: Everyone starts out doing grunt work till trust is proven

2. Don’t talk badly about the company or about your boss

3. Take control of your relationship with your boss and team members

4. Find a mentor and manage the relationship strategically

5. Join a professional body and build your network

He agreed my fellowship tips and shared there working experience of Three years. He shared his experience of his starting job days as he was not groomed professionally at that time. He has severe clashes with several persons in the organization and with one of the HR because of not following these rules. I had 30 minutes deep conversation with him. He was so happy to see as I am grooming professionally before passing out from university.

It was a great experience for me. We had very friendly conversation regarding these tips. He suggested me some of other tips regarding the professional life like not getting too much attach with any one and try to build professional behavior with everyone. Overall it was a good experience.
