Streamlining Lead Conversion and Boosting Sales with an Intelligent Payment Options Dashboard

The problem

The problem at hand was addressing the challenges posed by an unorganized market of retargeting dashboards with multiple lenders. Agents and users were burdened with the task of switching between multiple platforms to provide financial assistance to consumers, resulting in fragmented data management. Our goal was to streamline this process and consolidate all data in a single, organized dashboard.

Introduction

The SmartConvert Dashboard is about enabling sales teams to retarget active leads and convert them into paying customers. It is a no-code solution, meaning it does not require technical coding skills to use. The dashboard streamlines the process of lead conversion by providing a user-friendly and intuitive interface, where sales representatives can easily manage and execute retargeting strategies. It consolidates essential tools and data in one place, offering actionable insights to identify hot leads and optimize retargeting techniques. The ultimate goal is to boost productivity, improve lead engagement, and drive revenue growth by efficiently converting active leads into loyal paying customers.

I started involving myself in the dashboard design process from July 2022, collaborating closely with two other team members. My aim was to gain a deep understanding of the product’s functionalities, understanding the pain points it sought to solve, and outline our long-term objectives.

My contribution and goal

Currently i am managing all aspects of the dashboard design, driven by a mission to deliver an exceptional user experience to both agents and users alike. My focus is to inject an element of delight into the dashboard while ensuring seamless functionality. Many existing dashboards in the industry tend to be monotonous and solely task-oriented, emphasizing action buttons for quick task completion. However, I firmly believe that incorporating delightful elements alongside form and functionality is crucial in reducing user drop-off rates and driving higher product adoption.

By striking the right balance between aesthetics and practicality in the dashboard ecosystem, aiming to create an environment that not only enhances user productivity but also fosters user satisfaction and engagement. Through this approach, I am committed to making our dashboard a standout solution that captures the hearts and minds of our agents and users, ultimately leading to increased overall product success.

Impact

The recent launch of our revamped dashboard with multiple feture updates has yielded impressive results, with merchant conversions witnessing a remarkable 60% increase, resulting in substantial improvements in both revenue and overall business growth of the merchant.

Current scenario

Currently, my main focus is implementing design changes based on valuable user and merchant feedback to enhance the overall user experience. Additionally, I am actively collaborating with the business and product team to work on feature updates that align with our strategic objectives.
