Thanks Mathilde for sharing this. I have a question concerning the “recruiter”. I can definitely see the advantage of having someone like that in a team. However your first point is about savings: not spending the hiring fees. Is it true in practice? Because a big part of the job of an agency is to build a portfolio of candidates they can then present to their clients. How does your recruiter sources the potential candidates — apart from referrals-? Does he still use agencies?
