Thanks for sharing Sumaya. I have already tried a week-long fast and it prove to be very interesting (as well as manageable in my own schedule). I do not know have to drop pounds (well not really…), but IF at a given pace (once a fortnight / a month) helps keeping healthy any way since it gives a rest to your metabolism in order to restore and regain vitality.
