HOW TO BUY ARV ON COINBASE
Coinbase Wallet is a decentralized crypto conversion platform that allows users to trade their ERC-20 tokens easily. The Artemis Vision community members can use Coinbase Wallet to buy/sell ARV tokens in the leading decentralized exchanges. When you trade ARV using Coinbase Wallet’s trade feature, you send the tokens directly to a DEX service like 1inch or Uniswap from your wallets. ARv token users can access this feature through Coinbase Wallet mobile app and browser extension.
Coinbase Wallet currently supports only assets deployed on the Ethereum and Polygon blockchain. So, ARV can be traded against only Ethereum and polygon-based assets. In Coinbase Wallet, you cannot use ARV for cross-chain and Non-ERC-20 transactions.
How to Buy ARV?
$ARV can be purchased in Coinbase Wallet only with another crypto asset on the decentralized exchanges. To buy $ARV, first, you will have to buy ETH from your favorite exchange. Then ETH can be used to purchase $ARV with the help of Coinbase’s self-custody wallet. Follow the below steps to buy $ARV.
Step 1: Download Coinbase Wallet
You need a self-custody wallet to trade from the decentralized exchanges directly. Coinbase Wallet is available as a mobile application and Web extension. Download the wallet from https://wallet.coinbase.com/.
Step 2: Choose a Username
To complete the Coinbase Wallet setup, you must choose a username. This username lets other Coinbase Wallet users find you and send crypto easily. You need your username to access the account, but it is your choice to keep it private.
Step 3: Safeguard your Recovery Phrase
Like MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet gives a recovery phrase consisting of 12 random words. The phrase has to be securely stored since anyone with your phrase can access your crypto assets in the wallet. Therefore, it is always recommended to keep the phrase offline, where there is no room for data leak.
Step 4: Send ETH to Coinbase Wallet
You can add ETH to your Coinbase Walle from any cryptocurrency exchange. First, visit the exchange where you need to buy ETH and connect your Coinbase Wallet to the exchange. Then transfer ETH to your wallet by authorizing and confirming the transaction.
Step 5: Buy ARV
If you’re using Coinbase Wallet on your mobile phone, you can purchase Token $ARV right in the app. Tap on Image of Coinbase Wallet App. Then tap on the “Trade” tab, where you can swap ETH for any token that runs on the Ethereum blockchain. Tap “choose coin” and select Artemis Vision ($ARV) token. Input the amount of ETH you’d like to exchange for $ARV. Remember to leave enough for transaction fees. Confirm your purchase and follow the instructions on the screen to finalize.
