What is my body type? — Endomorphs are at a disadvantage because their bodies carry more fat and fight you on shedding the unwanted belly fat? If you think you are hopeless don’t worry, you’re not. You just need to dedicate some time to a proper diet and focus on a proper workout routine tailored to your body type. what is my body type
Endomorphs usually have a heavy rounded body build with the ability to carry more fat than the other person, which is why weight loss workout routines are so important.
Endomorphs — Diet
Even the best-crafted workout plans can be ruined by an unhealthy diet. The most important thing an Endomorph needs to look at is calorie intake. But don’t think “if I eat fewer calories I will lose weight”. You will but it has its disadvantages. what is my body type
Cutting calories will help you shed the weight, but not eating enough will prevent you from being able to complete your daily gym sessions and will actually encourage your body to store fat that it can get its fuel from. You need to make sure you are getting good calories and good lean protein. Here are some good sources of protein you can incorporate into your diet.
