What is my Body Type? Well if you are a Mesomorph, you are genetically blessed. You will get to have their cake and eat it too!
Mesomorphs have the body type seems as if they just walk into the gym they will start gaining muscle. They have that allusive attractive V shape wide shoulders and a narrow waist, which becomes more pronounced as they build their physique. What is my body type?
If you are reading this and have a mesomorph body type, don’t get too cocky. You still need to put in the work to get your desired physique. You won’t just be able to eat what you want and expect to have the V shape.
The Best Diet for Mesomorphs
Mesomorphs have the best of both worlds. They get to enjoy the most flexible diets out there.
Simple put, mesomorphs can eat whatever they want, eat fewer calories than ectomorphs but still be able to gain muscle and strength faster. Also, they will be able to eat less when cutting and not have to worry about losing all the muscle and strength they gained.
Mesomorphs should look to eat 33 percent carbohydrates, 33 percent protein, and 33 percent vegetables or fruit.
Protein
Make sure you are getting enough protein in each meal as it helps repair broken down muscle from your daily workouts. The protein from your pre or post workout meals will help repair the broken down muscle, help rebuild the muscle and prevent soreness.

- Fish
- Beans
- Greek Yogurt
- Protein powder
