This forced me to up by biz-dev / strategy game. Which drove product roadmaps and success. This moved the needle 10x more than if i hand-coded the product myself with pixel perfection. Instead i found better people that did just that all day long.

Next time i sit with a client.. i dont just technically ruminate about their problem.. i see the big picture, short-term and long-term goals. Which translates to product roadmap/features/releases. Its also a better use of our ‘third-eye’ ;-)
