When you have a life in Christ, everything is turned around.

It’s like, all things are new. Literally new.

I mean, there are no words to explain it!!

My attitude has changed, my thoughts, my language, and my whole entire life.

Oh, how much of a testimony!

1. Start your morning off with a quick prayer and a short verse.
2. Eat a healthy breakfast; some oatmeal is best for your daily dose of fiber.
3. Go for a quick walk in your local neighborhood or jog with some friends.

The holiday where hotdogs and hamburgers are galore.
