The Path To Freedom and Peace

Sit quietly and erect with muscles relaxed. Be still but keep loose and agile. Be present. Slow down the breath to a soft gentle pause. Feel yourself here. In this space resides the consciousness of perfect health and the focused energy of single-mindedness, pure attention, pure potential, pure undirected awareness (energy).
Experience continuous universal energy flowing, making you new, fresh, and whole in every moment. Obtain ultimate ever-expanding cosmic vision by truly feeling, sensing, and knowing that you are pure life force.
During your day, relax throughout all physical and mental efforts. You will notice lightness, grace, and stillness pulsing within you. This is the flow of the universe. From here, all is well and pure love is experienced. Give and receive love with your being unconditionally–freely.
The Illusion Of Opposites…All Is One

There may be immense evil in our world but there is also deep and prevailing good. For every manifestation of evil, a positive appearance of good equal in magnitude exists in order that universal balance may be maintained. Find out for yourself that no condition is permanent and the universe operates on the law of cause and effect.
Whatever your political inclinations, see that the horrors of the Holocaust concluded with individuals identifying as Jewish being given a globally recognized homeland, something they desperately sought for millennia. There is serene peace existing right along side the brutality of violence and war.
An “opposite” exists so that it may be compared with and/or distinguished from another. You can recognize a coin because it has a head and a tail, two seeming opposites. Without both sides however, the coin is rendered ineffective as money. Together, both sides become one to serve as usable currency.
In A World Full Of Choices…Remain Choiceless

One concept or belief is not to be ultimately held as “true” or preferred to the exclusion of another, for the one is certainly needed in order that the “other” may be known.
A ‘rich’ man is not rich if no one poor is present against whom he may measure his wealth. The same may be said of the ‘poor’ man who is at ease in his mind in the absence of one considered rich against whom he might measure his lack of wealth.
An anarchist may claim he is against the state system. He may spend all of his life fervently working towards the abolition of bureaucratic government. However, if he is a conscious individual, soon he discovers that he derives his purpose in life from the existence of the state and it’s purveyors.
It is through such a system that he is given a cause for which to fight; something to more clearly defend his position against. In truth, he needs the state (and its various political parties) to be considered an anarchist. If the state were abolished, he could no longer identify as an anarchist.
Similar reasoning can be applied to democrats, republicans, libertarians, and all other political identities. Each group needs the existence of the ‘other' to validate its own existence.
And why is it that humans embrace labels for self-identity? According to Eckart Tolle, it is nothing but an attempt to substantiate the individual ego through identification with a group (A New Earth, Tolle, pg. 72). Avoid this.
Train yourself to entertain varying perspectives, opposites, and alternatives yet, identify with none. You are neither your perspectives nor your inclinations.
If you would simply remain watchful and observant, in good time the answers become clear to all matters in life. This is a much easier and wiser path towards achieving world peace than to try and convince everyone to adopt the same world view, or worse, destroy others who do not conform to our ideals. In truth, we need the “other” to realize our own reality.
When all people can see sameness in one other, humanity can release false ideas and beliefs that separate and divide. The possibility for all to live wholly, consciously, in peace, sharing with each other, always exists. We only need to see this.

In the stillness of daily meditation, we may look equally upon all events, happenings, and occurrences. Underneath all experiences, we are only that which is aware. We are not our names and we are not our physical bodies. When we can see that our natural state is only the pure perceiving of experience, platinum becomes no different than dirt.
Those who would do us harm are seen with the same accepting eyes as friends and lovers. We learn not to prefer one experience over another and instead, we focus deeply and peacefully upon what is before us.
Openness and tolerance based upon intelligent discernment become the gracious guides for human experience. This equal seeing breeds unconditioned love, wisdom (the application of true knowledge), and lasting peace on earth. When we learn to look upon life with equanimity, we then become capable of embodying our true selves-the pure radiant “buzzing” of aliveness.
We learn to rid ourselves of unnecessary stress when we become what we already are: The Supreme Witness, or, God. For Christians, this is what Jesus meant when he said, “Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father is in me”. You and I are the everlasting process of witnessing as God.
As you become more aware of awareness, you begin to live powerfully, just as did Christ and so many other God, or, Source-actualized humans across all religious traditions. It is at this point that we realize the great responsibility and yet supreme and incalculable joy of living as God, Krishna, The Buddha etc.
I challenge you to explore yourself as God-as natural intelligence. You are a supreme being!
