A celebration of love and community

A photo story of Valentine’s Day at Ashesi.

The green lounge got transformed into a photo-booth for Valentine, and we loved it. Thanks to the Student Council for a well thought out celebration.
Esi Amisah Arthur ’20 and Ebenezer Gwumah ‘11 enjoying the props and free photoshoot at the green lounge.
Students threw staff and faculty a surprise party.
While on the other side of campus, Nathalie N’Guessan offered crêpes as her gift to her students.
Lots of love, sharing and happiness in the air.
Everyone joined in the fun, mingling and partaking in activities. Here’s a moment captured by first year student of Patrick Awuah and siblings, Abdul-Ghaffar and Munira Adam.
Wine was the favorite color of the day. Beautiful smiles from staff members, Antoinette Okyere and Millicent Adjei.
Karaoke at Norton Motulsky was one of the highlights of the day, and a fun way for people to express their feelings! wink wink.
Here’s to the students working behind the scenes to make sure everything turned out beautifully.
How deep is your connection? Friends and couples played a game of ‘it takes two’ as part of the day’s activities.
Piñata piñata… It is always fun to dismantle one, isn’t it?
Overall, we had a good time, and hope you did too!
