Persuasion of Your Environment

We have all been here, and tend to just turn on autopilot and later regret all that played out and sit there thinking endlessly about how you yourself could have reacted better. *Raises Hand* I am one of those people.

You dwell on the situation, thinking of different scenarios that might have gone better, and usually ends up with “well if they would have…” or “I should have…” these are the common thoughts that you should be aware of.

The end result has already happened, there is no need to continue reliving the pain, of what if this and what if that. Instead, we should focus on the now, and how to move forward with what has already happened.

Being persuaded by your environment means you are in a setting that you are setting on autopilot, something that has already set you in the mood for what you have already set up without even knowing if the event is going to even come up.

Learning to make yourself aware of your emotion and thought processes can help you hijack the autopilot setting and get back in control of living your life. The fight or flight mode can be overridden, you just have to practice how to get ahold of it, and steer it in the way you see fit.

Thanks for reading my blog! I write about solutions to reactive situations, causes of mental health, and spirituality with all its blessings. These are my own experiences that I have sat down to think about and wanted to help others while telling my story giving breakdowns of becoming a better human.
