We provide each of our customers with an exclusive Relationship Manager, whose background is checked and who is available on call to your parents 24×7.
We also have a web portal and mobile application that can be accessed by members only with an exclusive login that enables our customers to keep track of their parent’s medical reports, records, emergency information, daily assistance etc.

We conduct a preliminary detailed health profiling for each of the customer’s kin on enrollment and send our Relationship Manager and Nurse Practitioner to visit customer’s house for a check-up. During an emergency our Relationship Manager steps-in and accompanies them to the hospital for admission, liaise with the primary doctors, ensure all prescribed medical requirements are being met and help ease the discharge process and finally taking the patient home safely and settling them down.

Our Home Security Evaluation Team along with the RM check for slippery floors, stair case railing integrity, shower grab bars, lighting etc which can be potentially harmful in order to avoid accidents. They also check the entire house to explore areas that have a scope for theft. Besides this we recommend options for the installation of security devices for complete care.

Based upon the previous medical records & history & inferences drawn by the general physician, two types of plans are formulated (One being Routine Care Plan & other Emergency Care Plan). The Emergency Care Plan is a plan where you need to always have a back-up plan ready to avoid any sort of problems in critical situations. Below is how our Emergency Care Plan is formulated.

All the updates regarding the Emergency (From joining to discharge of the patient) are regularly uploaded on the web portal and can be accessed by the Sponsor through the mobile app.

A dedicated relationship manager is provided to your family
He is the immediate point of contact for all needs and takes full responsibility of your parents and performs his duty with utmost care.
Our relationship manager typically comes from a care background and holds a degree in health and allied sciences (physical therapy, clinical psychology, occupational therapy etc.) and trained in-house in elder care.
A background check is done on all relationship managers at Anvayaa (Including police record check).
We even track the location of the relationship manager to ensure your safety at all times.

They undergo rigorous in-house training in making sure the calls are attended immediately and all needs are met.
They communicate in your local language.
They register your request and provide you with solutions while being on call.

Responsible for assessment of all persons assigned, administration of all medications, vital checks, supervising care attendants and being in-charge.
Our nurses are certified and trained and have nursing experience up to 5 years
Trained in elder care, geropsychology, emergency protocol and management.
They undergo rigorous in-house training in elder care, managing all needs, communication in your local language and meeting all set protocols in your family.

Responsible for sanitation and hygiene levels of homes and washrooms. Also responsible for laundry, ironing and folding resident garments
Trained in-house on housekeeping procedures and protocols, basic health and safety.
