James and Martha West-haver were driving and sped through a red light, crashing into Samuel Blackwater. Blackwater’s vehicle rolled over three times and came to rest against a light pole, leaving him with two broken arms and a broken nose. James West suffered a broken leg and possible concussion. At this time, details on those who are believed to be dead have not been released.
Police ticketed West for careless and imprudent driving, but prosecuting attorney James Taylor said he would investigate before determining whether involuntary man slaughter charges should be lodged against West.

In the vehicle that was hit was Samuel Blackwater who suffered two broken arms and a broken nose. Driver of the vehicle that initiated the crash has been identified as James West-haver, who broke his leg and has a concussion.
Details on the possibly deceased have not been released.
