I’m curious to hear more about why you think that, Ken. I love a good burger as much as anyone, and I’d love to not have to give it up, but I’m coming to terms with the fact — especially since moving to California and seeing what years of drought can do to a place — that I should be changing my habits around meat (and water, but that’s another conversation).
