Designing for Emergencies — Community App UX Design Case Study

Recently, I was asked to conceptualize an app that can connect people seeking help with volunteer services. Due to the short time frame, I chose to run a quick design sprint that helped me conduct preliminary research, identify broad user personas, synthesize key user flows and prototype interactions quickly. With some time on my hand, I also developed the UI for some of my prototype screens.
