--
The cartoons the French government does not want you to see
In the wake of the Paris attacks, people all over the world are crying for justice and celebrating freedom of speech.
What many don’t know, is that France doesn’t have any freedom of speech the same way the USA does. Some views are not allowed to be expressed in public. And as such, some cartoons are just too controversial for public discourse.
Noël Gérard, who goes by the pen name of Joe Le Corbeau, is one cartoonist the French government does not want you to know about. They French government has already shut down his main site and is trying to shut down his other sites.
So what’s the fuzz all about? Herebelow, you find a selection from the work of Joe Le Corbeau.
