Talkdesk customers can now integrate AssistHub’s personal conversational customer experience technology into their existing call center stack with just one click. Like all AppConnect tools, AssistHub will be available as a free trial with a pay-as-you-go system in place after the trial.

AssistHub for Talkdesk enables efficient communication between customers and businesses, making the companies available to their customers at the right time and place. The customers can reach out through their preferred method of communication — live chat, SMS, and app messaging.
