Bang on, Dharmesh Shah. The “fragmented accounts” is a real pain to manage across several teams. It’s annoying, and serves little purpose.

Technical debt it sure is, and you’re probably correct in diagnosing its origin.

I wrote to Slack early last year about this same annoyance; their solution — that one could use one email account across all teams — isn’t very satisfying.

Here’s hoping they’ll listen to you :)
