Deployment day is rapidly approaching. With just one and a half weeks until mainnet deployment, the Forecast Foundation team is rigorously testing trading, reporting, disputing, and other usability functions while making final adjustments to the UI that will ship on July 9th.
We encourage the community to continue testing the UI on dev.augur.net and submit feedback within the Augur Discord channel.
A final report from Zeppelin was delivered this past week, where additional minor changes since the last audit were reviewed. An updated report can be found here, with the new changes found in Appendix B.
Additionally we have increased the HackerOne Bounty program to $100,000 USD for critical security vulnerabilities.
After about eight months of work, Mike Seese (@seeseplusplus) has completed and claimed the bounty for a portable Solidity debugger! Dubbed #VelmaDebugger, Ethereum engineers now have the ability to debug Solidity contracts in VSCode.
Corey from Blocktower Capital tweeted some complimentary words on Augur as well as outlining some complexity challenges:
In the coming days before launch there will be more documentation on how to run Augur App, point to an active Ethereum node, and authenticate transactions using Metamask, AirBitz, Trezor, and Ledger. Additionally, there will be some clarity around frequently asked questions about the Augur protocol provided.
A reminder to all Ether/ForkDelta, IDEX, and OasisDEX users — withdraw your REP from the exchange contract prior to July 9th @ 11:01AM PT in order to successfully receive new REP tokens in the migration.
If you do not have REP in one of those three decentrazlied exchanges— there is nothing you need to do for deployment and the migration.
