Augur Weekly Report — December 5th
This week, the engineering team has been continuing research on design options for off-chain middleware in Augur version 2. They have also been preparing a minor release that includes:
- UI changes in the top bar to show block processing progress
- Allowing REP to be purchased on the Account:Deposit page using 0x Instant
- Automatic scanning for top Ledger/Trezor addresses with ETH or REP balances to facilitate onboarding new users
- Minor UI bug fixes The Design team has been working on improving the notification flow for having users select a universe to migrate to if a fork has occurred.

Augur App v1.8.2 is another patch release which includes a number of updates and improvements:
🏺Augur-node fix where Net Quantity was not displaying correctly in My Positions
🎢 Fix mac app update bug
⚖️ Allow filtering of markets by estimated fee
🤡Bug fix when Metamask is enabled and user is connected via Ledger
⚙️Fixed an issue where order form P/L should factor in fees
🚧Bug fix in the UI where a user can click Claim Trading Proceeds button on same market multiple times
🏗Minor CSS fixes
Reminder, the Forecast Foundation has no role in the operation of markets, trades or actions created or performed on the Augur protocol, nor does it have the ability to censor, restrict, control, modify, change, revoke, terminate or make any changes to markets created on the Augur protocol.
