I agree, if it is weather related, you cannot blame the airline. But if what you are saying about the agents being stone-faced, that isn’t right. Agents should be pleasant to everyone, that’s to maintain good customer service. I love AA and even though they had delays, all the agents I have come across were super nice. I hope you use those vouchers and give them another chance, if not, please send them my way :)
