Will Yoga Save My Life? Day 3 of 30

So, it isn’t day 30 year? Damn. My elbow is killing me, my triceps hurt, my left hip is driving me nuts! And the hip rotating what is that mess? UGH!

Okay, I’m done complaining. Goodness day three is a fun day, now isn’t it?

All right, let’s get into it then.

Day 3:

Last night my back was in excruciating pain, something I am used to getting. My spine is always up to something. But after a good night sleep, yaaaa I slept the whole night, I was feeling much better.

They say whatever you hear within the first 20 minutes of the day is supposed to impact your entire day — I have been listening to the most empowering and motivational things that I can as I wake up. So far so good.

Today the Yoga wasn’t any easier, another 25 minutes of exercise, 5 cardio, 20 yoga. I have noticed an increase of energy, and I’ve been writing but my writing has been by hand — sitting at the computer for too long when I spend all morning on it doing homework makes me feel way too drained.

Reflection:

I have been happier the last 3 days than I have in weeks, and I’m excited about that. I feel myself working toward my goals, gaining momentum and striving for more.

As a catalog of my day, I can’t denote anything extreme yet, but I will let you know.
