Final Autobahn Network Status Update
With a heavy heart we have to publish the last status update today. Please take the time to fully read and understand this post. We have made every effort to still achieve the most acceptable solution possible for our token holders out of this difficult situation.
TL;DR

Autobahn Network
Unfortunately, we were not able to reach our internal KPIs for the Autobahn Network and will stop the network completely on May 15, 2023. A final snapshot will be taken with current TXL balances and recognized for the future token swap as well. The details of the snapshot will be posted at a later date by Polychain Monsters.
Cross-Chain Bridge
The Cross-Chain Bridge will continue to operate for now and the existing tokens can continue to be bridged. Almost no maintenance is required here and the operating costs are very manageable. However, large feature developments or onboarding of new projects are not to be expected.
Swap your TXL into conditionally cliffed and vested PMON (by Polychain Monsters)
The majority of Tixl investors have proven to be very loyal holders. A characteristic that is not very widespread and deserves recognition. Even though, we do not owe any reimbursement we are pleased to inform you today that Polychain Monster plans an offer to the existing TXL holders:

As a welcome, according to the plan 100,000 PMON in total will be distributed to Tixl token holders. As planned, token distribution will be done via a smart contract and proportionate to the TXL deposited.

TXL to PMON Token Swap Terms
- Tixl team tokens will be burned completely and do not entitle to participation.
- Tixl treasury and liquidity tokens will be burned completely and do not entitle to participation.
- There are still a few TXL holders with locked tokens. These tokens will be registered for the token swap anyway.
- PMON tokens from this swap option will be vested and accessible over time. This is done to protect the current PMON investors from a quick market dump. Currently, the plan provides for a one-year cliff and linear vesting over three years.
- The Polychain Monsters team is free to add further claiming conditions OR to weight e.g. MTXLT to TXL OR add a multiple bonus for long term holder.

We are very sad that the Tixl story is now coming to an end. We are grateful for all your warm support and patience during the last four years. We did our best and not a single one of the team allocation of 45,000,000 TXL tokens was moved.
At the same time, we are grateful that according to the current plans TXL can be exchanged for the Polychain Monsters PMON token. Thus, all holders retain the chance of an exciting bull market.
