I journal both with pen & paper, and digitally. Paper gets longer, self-reflective entries. Digital, via an app called Stigma, gets short (200 character limit) entries about my day, my mood, events, etc.. Both are beneficial to me. The app gives me a snapshot of how I’ve been feeling, the paper allows me to better record what I’m feeling/thinking. At this point, I don’t think I could give either of them up.
