No Country for Old Voters

I was born in 1968, almost 50 years ago. My brother in 1964, 52 years ago. My mother was born in 1935 and my father in 1927.

My father grew up in a home were racism was not taught, nor tolerated. My mom was raised in a home were racism was not taught, even though her parents were racist. My brother and I were raised in a home where racism was not taught, practiced, believed in, nor tolerated.

To lump all of us in our 50s (or close to it) as being raised on racism is the equivalent of my saying that all millennials are entitled spoiled brats.

Both statements are a fallacy.
