Wow. Sounds like the management at your PetSmart transferred over from PetStupid. I apologize for that horrible joke. Anyway, thank you for sharing your story and I’m glad you saved yourself from being miserable. It sounds so easy, but we know that’s not the case.
I’m working on it, and everyone sharing their own struggles definitely helps.
