Policing America’s Expanding Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment

Fourteen-Year-Old American Rapper Baby CEO

Young, emotionally damaged homicidal and suicidal thinking American teen representing his homicidal and suicidal older crew/posse/gang, as well as UNKNOWINGLY providing a disturbing symbol for America’s Culture of African American Child Abuse, Emotional Neglect & Maltreatment evolving from America’s long-standing ignorant Culture of Racism.

As well as exhibiting behaviors I believe are impeding my responsible neighbors of African descent from fully experiencing the respect and equality all peaceful Americans have a right to enjoy.

I’d like to begin this writing identifying by name Americans who’ve offered credible evidence of America’s decades long Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment that evolved from America’s long-standing, ignorant Culture of Racism.

Popular American urban storytellers Kendrick Lamar, Curtis Jackson III, Dwayne Carter, the late Tupac Shakur & Christopher Wallace are just a FEW Americans creating American music artistry vividly describing the Culture of African American Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment they were personally harmed by or witnessed others emotionally and/or physically harmed by.

Each of the aforementioned Americans has shared public interviews or created American art describing depression & suicidal thoughts they’ve experienced throughout their childhood, teen or adult lives while growing up in a Culture of Child Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment that deprived them from experiencing a fairly or wonderfully happy American kid childhood enjoying SAFE STREETS to travel & play on.

Each one of these emotionally scarred Americans creates American art describing personally engaging in or witnessing potentially death-causing, violent behaviors that severely impacts the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their peaceful neighbors, resulting with their neighbor’s experiencing emotional trauma & stresses, as well as embracing GENUINELY REAL concerns for their personal or family’s emotional & physical safety.

Jamyla Bolden’s mother recounts the night her daughter died — KMOV.com

I am referring to life-harming behaviors responsible for taking the life of NINE-YEAR-OLD JAMYLA BOLDEN who was sitting on her bed doing homework when ‘people & community’ harming GUNFIRE many popular urban storytellers have for decades been speaking about >>>> VIOLENTLY ended Jamyla’s opportunity to fully experience & enjoy her unique vision for L, L, (Love) & Happiness.

GUNFIRE responsible for permanently emotionally damaging the minds of Jamyla’s family, friends, neighbors & classmates.

GUNFIRE that I have no doubts affects and damages the emotional well being of police officers who FAR TOO OFTEN investigate the NEEDLESS, tragic deaths of innocent American children, teens & adults.

Jamyla’s life & wealth of human potential were taken from her/us by America’s expanding & much IGNORED Culture of Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment responsible for DEPRIVING far too many of my young American neighbors from enjoying a fairly stress free childhood that a majority of American kids experience.

The late Tupac Shakur, a popular American recording artist, urban storyteller, admitted street thug & THROUGH NO FAULT OF HIS OWN, a victim of Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment was assassinated by OTHER victims of Child Abuse/Neglect who wanted to protect their Rap Industry money-stream by ending Tupac’s potential for using his voice to bring attention to the life-scarring social disorder & HEALTH CRISIS responsible for him RAPPING about waking with suicidal thoughts before leaving his crib to snatch a neighbor’s purse for funds to feed his NEGLECTED, hurting, hungry belly.

The late Tupac Shakur, a popular American Urban Storyteller, recording artist & victim of Childhood Trauma/Abuse displays how he physically scarred his once NEGLECTED, hurting, hungry belly with the same concept he believes emotionally scarred his MALTREATED developing young mind. Check out how Tupac designed the letters “H” & “I” for his ‘Thug Life” belly tat.

“The Hate U Give Little Infants Fvvks Everyone” ~Tupac’s T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E.

“We don’t need no more rappers, we don’t need no more basketball players, no more football players. We need more thinkers. We need more scientists. We need more managers. We need more mathematicians. We need more teachers.”

*”We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that*, we don’t need any more entertainers.“ ~Tupac Shakur

Tupac intelligently recognized that not only are American kids being UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED, IMPEDED and DEPRIVED from experiencing their full human potential, Tupac realized OUR NATION is being deprived of enjoying the potential achievements offered to ALL Americans by reasonably well adjusted kids maturing into responsible teens and adults who care about the future of OUR Nation.

In addition to creating and sharing his T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E. concept, Tupac words of wisdom intelligently offer a SPECIFIC solution for improving the Quality of Childhood Life of American kids born to American women continuing to struggle with emotional issues related to America’s ignorant Culture of Racism:

*”We need more people who care; you know what I’m saying? We need more women, mothers, fathers, we need more of that*, we don’t need any more entertainers.“ ~Tupac Shakur

I am also referring to life-harming behaviors responsible for significant number of our peaceful American neighbors falling asleep at bedtime dealing with the emotional stresses, FEAR and legit concerns for their SAFETY while counting nearby or distant gunshots instead of sheep, Gummy Bears or my personal fav, thatched wooden baskets filled with Newfoundland puppies.

Harry Loves Kids — YouTube

During the 80s-90s I spent twelve years of my life providing police services to the Brooklyn, NY community where popular American urban storytellers Shawn Carter & the late, admittedly suicidal thinking Christopher Wallace speak about peddling ‘people & community’ harming substances to their depressed neighbors regardless of their neighbor’s AGE, emotional, physical or MATERNAL condition.

Sadly, many of Shawn & Christopher’s customers were depressed, emotionally scarred, self-harming teens & adults irresponsibly raised, nurtured & socialized by emotionally or mentally ill, SELFISH, immature, apathetic MATERNAL CAREGIVERS willfully or negligently failing to recognize that placing ABOVE ALL ELSE the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their child(ren) will most likely result with a fairly or wonderfully happy child maturing into a reasonably responsible teen & adult respecting themselves, their peaceful neighbors & the authority responsible for maintaining peace in all American neighborhoods.

Even sadder is the disturbing reality that many of Shawn and Christopher’s depressed, self-harming, substance abusing customers were selfish, immature, emotionally or mentally ill maternal caregivers raising their children and teens to believe EVERYONE except for mom was responsible for their kids experiencing a well below average or horribly abusive American kid childhood..OR..emotionally ill substance abusing moms willfully or negligently ignoring their maternal and societal responsibilities by failing to provide young developing children with basic human needs, including imbuing their child(ren) with a sense of well being and a general feeling they are SAFE, loved and cared for.

Mark’s life was doomed from even before he was born,” says Mark Fregia’s mother, Susan Armstrong Pittman.

I took his childhood away,” says Susan who feels that Mark took care of her more than she him. “I was selfish,” she reiterates, “I just looked out for myself and didn’t attend to Mark’s needs as I should have. Mark was always taking care of me. He became more of a parent than a son. He was my little husband. I wasn’t a parent to him.”

Can I be frank?

Sadly, twelve years of regularly witnessing abused, maltreated young children mature into depressed, angry, frustrated, self & neighbor harming, sometimes suicidal (NY Times May 18, 2015 — Rise in Suicide by Black Children Surprises Researchers) teens & adults who presented a REAL & ALWAYS PRESENT danger to the emotional & physical well being of peaceful Brooklyn residents, as well as myself, for my own peace of mind I decided I needed to transfer to a less stressful work environment where concerns for my emotional & physical well being were significantly lower.

I determined my mind could no longer deal with regularly witnessing a significant population of emotionally ill, grossly irresponsible, mostly single moms CONDITIONING their abused, neglected, depressed & tormented children to believe they are experiencing hardships, pain & struggles BECAUSE the police are their OPPRESSORS & “white” people hate them, viewing “black” people as less than human creatures UNWORTHY OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS & RESPECT.

Sadly, for more than thirty years significant numbers of popular urban storytellers have been creating American artistry informing American kids & our foreign neighbors that American teen girls & women, aka the MATERNAL HALF of our population, should be viewed as less than human ^itches & ^hores UNWORTHY OF BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS & RESPECT.

Which essentially is how some or many willfully or genuinely ignorant early North American settlers viewed the people of color they OPPRESSED & FORCIBLY ENSLAVED. UNJUSTLY depriving untold numbers of peaceful, loving people from partially or fully experiencing & enjoying their HUMAN POTENTIAL & right to live a peaceful life…while at the same time causing an entire population of peaceful people to experience emotional or mental illness from regularly witnessing or experiencing traumatic events from the day they were born until the day they passed.

Frankly, I cannot think of one American police creating American art hating-on people or characterizing girls and women of any color, hue or shade as less than human creatures undeserving of basic human respect.

I was a mature, reasonably stable adult when I was introduced to the “m.A.A.d. City” and “T.H.U.G. L.I.F.E. Child Abusing Cultures popular American Urban storytellers Kendrick Lamar and the late Tupac Shakur vividly describe & speak about in their American artistry or public interviews.

Sadly the criminal child abuse and emotional abandonment each of these men experienced during a critical period of human/childhood development resulted with them maturing into teens and adults speaking in public about experiencing acute depression as well as Suicidal Thoughts for most of their lives.

When I think about the emotional roller coaster ride of anxiety, FEAR, frustrations, anger, disappointment, sadness & uncertainty I experienced during the twelve years I witnessed the challenges & realities of life experienced by my American neighbors residing in Kendrick Lamar’s ‘m.A.A.d city’

…and then consider how that emotional roller coaster ride impacts the psyche of toddlers, children & teens during a critical period of their childhood/human development…

…I cannot help thanking my lucky stars I was born to a reasonably responsible young couple recognizing that placing ABOVE ALL ELSE the EMOTIONAL WELL BEING of their child(ren) will most likely result with a fairly or wonderfully happy child maturing into a reasonably responsible teen & adult respecting themselves, as well as embracing a genuine concern for the welfare of their peaceful and/or less fortunate neighbors.

Sadly, when “m.A.A.d. City” begins affecting their minds in ways they do not like, the emotionally damaged, emotionally neglected or physically abused & maltreated kids in Kendrick’s family and neighborhood DO NOT have the option of requesting a transfer to get far away from the madness causing them to experience, anxiety & FEAR, as well as experiencing genuinely REAL concerns for their physical safety. Fears far too many American people experience when minding their own business in their own homes.

Bottom line, my experiences tell me not all police officer possess the maturity, skills and temperament required for regularly interacting with a significant population of seriously depressed people caught in, and far too often responsible for perpetuating a generational Culture of Childhood Abuse, Neglect and Maltreatment primarily responsible for the late Freddie Gray maturing into a depressed, self and community harming teen and adult.

The same Culture of Child Abuse/Neglect responsible for Baltimore teen Michael Singleton maturing into a seriously emotionally disturbed human being who joined his seriously depressed classmates in attempting to kill or cause grave bodily harm to police officers attempting to protect peaceful Baltimore residents from emotionally damaged children maturing into depressed teens and adults lacking compassion, empathy and respect for their peaceful neighbors.

I am referring to emotionally ill kids a pandering politician once characterized as SUPER PREDATORS.

https://knutesniche.wordpress.com/2015/05/01/black-child-abuse/

There are no legitimate excuses for police officers losing their cool or basic human respect for others, or intentionally failing to place the constitutional and basic human rights of their American neighbors ABOVE ALL ELSE.

Just as I believe there are no acceptable or credible excuses for American society failing to recognize a significant number of American moms and primary child caregivers are experiencing some type of emotional issues preventing them from embracing their innate maternal instincts to protect and nurture their children…

…resulting with emotionally ill American moms failing to place ABOVE ALL ELSE the emotional well being of OUR NATION’S most valuable, precious & cherished assets…

…culminating with emotionally damaged maternal and paternal caregivers slowly passing on their emotional issues to their perfectly healthy children entering our world with a clean hard drive planted above their shoulders.

A hard drive that is slowly corrupted as kids mature, their teachers instructing them how to be good citizens respecting their neighbors, while at home emotionally troubled parents and community members feeding them data totally contrary to what their educators are offering them.

In closing this writing I need to address the folks believing I’m a flaming liberal making excuses for people who should be able to pull up their bootstraps and get on with life.

My friends, had I not spent 12 years of my life regularly witnessing significant numbers of perfectly healthy, young, fragile human beings being raised and nurtured by emotionally or mentally ill primary caregivers who Kendrick Lamar describes as “Young and Living Wild” people…

…I too may have embraced a “pick-up your bootstraps and get on with life” mentality.

However, unless you’ve regularly witnessed what life is like for kids growing up in a community populated by a significant number of parental caregivers experiencing a “Fog of Emotional or Mental Illness”

…you do not have the experiences required to empathize with kids being raised in a community populated by a significant number of emotionally neglected and damaged children.

Kids maturing into emotionally damaged teens and adults forming gangs with other abused and neglected children for the purpose of seeking comfort they do not experience at home with their families.

Brooklyn Gang Member ‘Little Carmen’ Speaks About Child Neglect

In this Fair Use clip taken from a documentary about NYC gangs in the 70s, proud gang member Little Carmen tells the interviewer,

“LIKE OUR FAMILY WASN’T REALLY THERE FOR US, SO OUR FAMILY WAS THE GANG.”

Sadly, it appears an overwhelming majority of RESPONSIBLE, caring, concerned, loving Americans willfully or ignorantly refuse to recognize that Little Carmen and most of the people appearing in this documentary are victims of America’s expanding Culture of Childhood Abuse, Neglect & Maltreatment that evolved from America’s long-standing, ignorant Culture of Racism.

UNJUSTLY OPPRESSED & VICTIMIZED BY CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT PARENTING, accused killer Shamir Hunter published on his Facebook page these unflattering, insightful comments about his mother:

“Blood is always thicker then water but not in her life,” the post said. “It’s like me and my little brother don’t exist in her world.”

Doctors Ross and Dietz offer insights into how our Early Childhood Development plays a key role in determining the type of individual we mature into.

Robert K. Ross, MD, President and CEO of The California Endowment, addressed inmates at Ironwood State Prison offering a compelling overview of the role that exposure to *Childhood Trauma* plays in the lives of *Emotionally Troubled* and chronically ill American teens and adults.

At 2:12:25 in this documentary about Mafia hit-man and victim of Early Childhood Trauma/Abuse, Richard “The Iceman” Kuklinski, Dr. Park Dietz explains why young Richard most likely developed into a emotionally disturbed, paranoid, cruel, heartless teen and man who did not give a frig about anyone else, including his wife and kids.
