Don’t believe in Global Warming — Believe in Yourself

Global warming is a lie, paid for and brought to you by the bureaucrats in Washington who want to take your money for their so called “science” projects right? Maybe not, but countless people beef up their arguments against climate science with fearful ideas of selfish scientists just trying to take away everyones hard earned money. They don’t need the money, in fact scientists have been doing thousands of studies for milenia, all one has to do is an experiment. However many experiments have been done and all of them have created a base-line series of facts we read in science journals and after some awful process are worked into journalism and beyond. As citizens we have a right to knowledge and that knowledge is in itself the greatest power of all. So why do I ask you not to belive in climate change? Because, its not doing anything whether you believe it or not. Just because you say you believe it, doesn’t mean you are changing your lifestyle, doesn’t mean you are going to take action and doesn’t mean you will take some initiative to save this planet before we ruin it entirely. Why? Because you are going about this all wrong. We need tangable goals and ways to achieve them. Tell someone that the world is warming and they are left clueless, a problem far bigger than themselves. Instead warn them that their use of plastic byproducts are going to ruin the nature they grew up beside and cherrished as a child. Tell them their favorite spot on the beach will be littered with trash that they could have recycled. Warn them that their consumption of endless materials isn’t going to help them suceed, but instead will make others suffer in third world countries producing those items. Teach them that the beautiful warblers they watch in the spring will be subject to stronger than normal storms, which will uproot their entire journey. Show them that this problem is in their hands, and they will put their hands to work, one step at a time.
