Upbeat is the brainchild of Architect and visionary, Moyo Ogunseinde ED, Uraga Real Estate (she’s also the brains behind your favourite hotel, the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos).
In the pursuit of providing alternative lifestyle spaces, Moyo, a keen Gymnastics Mum (Like a soccer mum, but with gymnastics!) recognized a need in the community for a new and exciting recreation initiative as well as a quality sports and recreation facility, a contribution which could greatly impact the lives of not just the families, youth and communities of Nigeria but of all West Africa!
The Upbeat Project was developed by Uraga Real Estate Limited (UREL) under the able leadership of the CEO, Dr. G.S. Yakubu and his team including the following key project members: Moyo Ogunseinde (Executive Director, UREL), Abimbola Anjorin (Procurement Manager), Akinsheye Ayandokun (Development Manager), Olusayo Fagorusi (Architect), Tope Johnson (Business Development Manager) and Kofo Ogunruku (Marketing Manager)
