Getting old is just a change in mental stage
Oh man. Honestly I've never seen an old guy like you at such a young physical age. I’m way older ( by order of magnitude) than you but only had a short episode in my live about 10 years ago that dragged me into that thinking. Today I often work till 3 am sometimes I sleep till noon. I do not really exercise until my longs get out — never did, but I do feel every mussel after a long sailing day. I have a lot of plans for the next 30 years — i guess that is the most important part. I may go into politics when I’m around 100 and probably step down from actively driving a business or position at around 130 or 140. Then I want to help elderlies at age 80+ to grow really old — say 180. But I just realize a new opportunity — helping infants like you to deal with the new aging paradigm.
Let me suggest doing some mathematical homework over the holidays. Draw a chart and call it “Average Age Change”. Start at around 100 B.C. the average age was 24 years. Look up Wikipedia and see how average age is rising, very slowly but steadily over the next 2,000 years, then a more notable increase after the dark age and on it goes the whole curve is a beautiful logarithmic evolution. You will arrive at our today’s 85 average and just keep the logarithmic function going — remember it’s all math and there is nothing that indicates a reason why it would come out differently:

Have some great holidays and a very inspiring New Year
