Being a black woman I know how you feel. My company is just like many others. We have more black workers (working in lower level tech jobs like myself) and it is almost FORBIDDEN to speak about race or the inequality of these executions. My husband (who is Italian) suggested I get a vehicle to go to work early in the morning just for safety. I don’t hold the stupidity of some (Bad Cops) aginst the goodness of the majority (Good Officers). It still hurts to know if you get upset or speak out, you may get in trouble with your job because most of the people there don’t understand the stress and how scary it is to not know if you can trust the people sworn to protect you(Officers).
