Congrats!! I feel you about losing weight to stay alive. I myself have been doing the same thing. While not having a personal trainer, or going to the gym as often (i’ve been unemployed for a while), I have been exercising at home and no fast food, no boxed food and eating breakfast. The results are from 285 down to 190 so far. It is totally worth not worrying about high blood pressure and diabetes. Keep up the fab work. It does pay off.
