  1. Squats, preferably smith machine because it’s easier on the knees.

2. Deadlifts for hams and glutes

3. Neutral grip pullups for back/biceps

4. Incline dumbbell bench press

5. Dumbbell shoulder press

6. Close grip flat barbell bench press

7. Standing supinated dumbbell curls, mainly just because it’s fun (it is)

8. Bent over rows for stability, core, lower and upper back

9. Hanging leg raises for core

10. Lateral raises for meaty side delts
