Outfest Kicks off National Coming Out Week

Philadelphia’s “Gayborhood” hosted the 26th annual Outfest in Center City, kicking off National Coming Out Week. The event is to help spread the acceptance of Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, and Transgender people.
