Before you fill out the form, please read carefully about the information below to properly apply for our first close beta:
*1)Metamask Address(Required)
- Provide your 42-digit Metamask wallet address starts with “0x”
- If you do not have a Metamask wallet, please follow Coindesk’s “How to Set Up a Metamask Wallet”
*2) Twitter ID(Required)
- Provide your securely-accessed Twitter handle(e.g. @username). This will be used for the team to identify and communicate with participants regarding the reward giveaways.
*3) Discord ID(Required)
- Provide your securely-accessed Discord(e.g. #username). This will be used for the team to identify and communicate with participants regarding the reward giveaways.
If application information, especially Metamask wallet address, Twitter ID, or Discord ID is incorrect or duplicate, they are subject to disqualification at any time. Please make sure to use your own information and double check.
