Thanks for this — it seems pretty simple. I did not understand what the mechanism was for ensuring a wide distribution of token holders?
In your example, what if the cap were 100 ETH, and Alice was a whale. What’s to stop her from seeing that 10 ETH have been deposited, and coming in with a 91 ETH contribution to hit the cap?
She’d then own 90% of Delphi’s being distributed, no?
