[MEMBERSHIP SPOTLIGHT] Introducing Eligma — Aiming to revolutionize commerce with the use of AI and Blockchain
This week, we sat down with Eligma CEO Dejan Roljic to discuss the reasons behind Eligma’s membership in the BAE, his views on the development of blockchain technology and the future of the blockchain ecosystem.
“Eligma aims to be among the trailblazers of blockchain’s development, along with other companies committed to this domain, and continues to look for ways in which blockchain can improve people’s daily lives,” explains Dejan Roljic.
Eligma was founded at the end of 2017 with the aim to make commerce smarter and easier for all the actors involved. It uses AI and blockchain to revolutionize the way people discover, purchase, track and resell items both online and offline. To make the commerce process faster, the Eligma team developed Elipay,a solution for mobile cryptocurrency payments at offline and online stores. Using the mobile is one of the most convenient ways to pay, so Elipay will shortly integrate credit and debit cards. Its upcoming loyalty program will reward every purchase with ELI tokens and thus enable the use of crypto to those who have not used it yet. Other upgrades, which will eventually result in an all-in-one platform, will include a smart inventory of everything you buy, with the AI monitoring the prices of the items and suggesting the best time to sell them.
As Roljic explains, his team is committed to the highest technological as well as regulatory standards. That said, BAE membership enables Eligma to take part in the latest developments in both these fields and to participate in the ongoing debate on the issues surrounding the newly emerging tech phenomena.
