This is the last post of a series on changes in the situation where professionals have to work. The previous posts gave a description of these changes and analysed them in terms of action arenas. In this last post of this series we discuss the pressures upon professionals that result from these changes and try to answer the question whether there is loss of autonomy and discretion.
