The One Where I Make Buffalo Wings

I don’t think anyone (vegetarians aside) can resist some good buffalo wings. For a long time, I would just make a pretty standard recipe, hot sauce (not too much for the easy-to-please-but-spice-wuss one) and butter. Recently, we went to a local brewery/restaurant and had some awesome wings and fries with dipping sauce. (We are big fans of dipping sauce — our restaurant debacle had a bunch featured — perhaps I will share these at some point.) But, I digress. These wings are at least partially inspired by the wings from the brewery, with some of my long-held secrets tossed in.
