I am not even going to try to chime in on meat math since I have never had a barbecue for over 8 people without accidentally having at least 2x as much meat as I actually needed, but I would just like to say that all of that food sounds amazing! Broccoli slaw is my favorite barbecue side. And that wing recipe looks great.
