- XLS-30d upgrade, which enables the the deployment of Automated Market Makers on the XRPL. David Schwartz, CTO at Ripple and XRP Ledger Architect, describes the Automated Marker Maker upgrade as, “The Ledger’s Secret Sauce,” crediting it’s unique ability to extract value from market volatility and reward liquidity providers, unlike other protocols which heavily reward arbitragers at the expense of liquidity providers.
