BLOCXERS, a new week is here, and we’ve been busy! Let’s dive in and take a look at what’s been happening and what to expect.
What’s been happening?
⭐️ Blockchain Updates: Algorithm Migration
Our Blockchain team has been diligently working on the algorithm migration. This past weekend, we undertook intensive day-and-night shifts to implement the necessary changes. Due to the unique nature of our reward system, we’ve had to modify the Autolykos block header to align with our blockchain. Additionally, our team has been forking mining software and setting up a mining pool to thoroughly test the mining process, which has caused a slight delay. While these tasks require careful precision and can’t be rushed, we are making significant progress and are close to completion. We appreciate your patience and will provide further updates next week.
⭐️ GRIDBOX Updates: Testing & MacOS Support
GRIDBOX has successfully completed three days of testing and is currently undergoing additional bug fixes before we proceed with Day 4. We’re aiming to tackle Day 4 today, leaving just one final day of testing. If everything goes according to plan, we anticipate releasing the first version of GRIDBOX by the end of this week.
In other exciting news, we’ve added MacOS support! Now, MacBook users can also rent out and auto-list their devices. It’s a feature you won’t find in many other marketplaces.
⭐️ Wallet Updates: Web Wallet Bridge & Mobile Wallet
We’re excited to announce that our Blockchain team has successfully launched the Bridge on our Web Wallet! You can now seamlessly swap between BLOCX. Mainnet and BLOCX. ERC20 with just a few clicks — it’s fully automated and incredibly easy to use.
In addition, we’ve made significant progress on the Mobile Wallet Development, with about 80% completed. If all goes well, the mobile version should be ready for release later this week.
⭐️ B.TXT Updates: Exciting Progress on Our B.TXT Messenger!

Logo Update and Design Enhancements
We’ve rolled out our new logo, marking the start of our design evolution. This updated look will soon be visible across our entire ecosystem, from the website to all BLOCX. products. Next up, our web development team will begin implementing these changes while our Lead Designer focuses on refining product design. 🔗 Check out the new logo
What’s Coming This Week?
⭐️ Blockchain: Algorithm Migration and Testnet
Our Blockchain team is finalizing the testnet, genesis hash now aligns correctly with the main running chain, tomorrow we will proceed in testing block synchronization with main chain and therefor will be launching testnet. This will allow mining pools to adapt. We’re also in touch with SRB Miner to test GPU mining on our testnet. Once confirmed, we’ll upload the new source code to GitHub, enabling pools and exchanges to migrate, followed by the hard fork.
Stay tuned for announcements, we are almost there. We’ll provide a 48–72 hour notice before the hard fork once everything is stable.
⭐️ GRIDBOX: Testing
The GRIDBOX team is wrapping up bug fixes and plans to tackle Day 4 tasks today, August 12th. Only one more day of testing remains before our initial launch. Stay tuned as our Lead Designer elevates the design to the next level!
⭐️ Wallet: Mobile Wallet Update
This week, we’re launching an updated Mobile Wallet with Bridge functionality, just like the Web Wallet. Enjoy seamless convenience at your fingertips.
⭐️ Community: Website and Product Design
This week, our Designer will begin working on the website redesign, which our web development team will soon implement. Simultaneously, the design team will start creating a fresh look for Desktop, Gridbox, and B.TXT. Get ready for a completely refreshed UI and UX — something you can definitely look forward to.
