Dozens of faculty members of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, in a letter to the president of this university, while protesting the new disciplinary code, demanded to return to the previous disciplinary code for students.

In this letter, which has been signed by 90 professors, it is addressed to Hossein Qana’ati, the president of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, and the “narrow-minded revision of the disciplinary code of practice” is mentioned as “a tool to silence the voice of student protests”.
