The secretary general of the nursing home stated that the unfairness of the encounters caused the nurses’ discomfort, and said: The most unfair system of paying nurses in the world belongs to Iran. In Iran, the salary difference between doctors and nurses is very large and practically more than a hundred times.

Regarding the migration of nurses, Mohammad Sharifi Moghadam said: They have humiliated nursing so much that nurses will definitely migrate. Europe’s welfare facilities are certainly better than Iran and the treatment of nurses there, is much better than Iran.

He further added: Our nurses migrate all over the world and now they are migrating to UAE, Kuwait, Oman and of course Europe.
