Focusing on negativity, is like a vicious cycle bringing even more negativity. One begins to feel down and start to wonder where is his/her problems. I believe we must change our focus, focusing more on positivity. Even my response by saying we should stop focusing on negativity (that in itself sends negativity). Jump, and enter into the realm of positivity, begin by acknowledging and loving your negativity.
