BTCGOSU ends “partnership” with BetFury with immediate effect

We have been patient with BetFury, very patient — unfortunately in vain, as it turns out. There was no question of a “partnership” anyway, certainly not in a way that is absolutely standard in the iGaming affiliate industry.

We sent BetFury more than 670 players last year, 110 of whom deposited at least 1x. Our players made more than 2475 deposits during this period with a total value of an incredible 13.77 Bitcoin (today > 400,000 USD). In the process, our players wagered a total of 2.672 million USD.

BetFury’s “affiliate program” — it’s hard to call this an affiliate program — rewarded our work with a commission of a whopping 0.161 BTC (4,800 USD today). At this point, it should already be clear to everyone that the commission paid is absolutely subterranean — in fact, in all these years, we have never before experienced such a ridiculous — yes, the choice of words may seem borderline, but it hits the scenario right on the nose — deal.

We have confronted BetFury several times over the years that we are extremely dissatisfied with the partner model and that we will soon be forced to terminate the cooperation. All we have ever heard from BetFury is that they were working on a “reasonable” affiliate program and that there was nothing they could do until then.

  1. the work on this affiliate program has already been going on for over a year
  2. a bad excuse because if BetFury really wanted to, they could of course, and logically “reward” us for our work in another way.

In a nutshell, we send BetFury customers who deposit more than 400,000 USD and receive 4,800 USD in return for our service — that says it all.

A few days ago we confronted BetFury again, but heard the same old stories and made the decision to stop promoting BetFury under these circumstances. When we thought it couldn’t get any more unprofessional, BetFury came along and reduced our previously “improved” affiliate deal — yes, what a joke, considering the numbers above — on the grounds that we no longer promote them.

We are appalled by the conditions and unprofessionalism on the part of BetFury and therefore strongly advise our visitors not to use BetFury. Those who treat business partners like this, who earn them hundreds of thousands of dollars, will hardly have any inhibitions about treating their customers similarly — if not now, then at a later date.

Fortunately, there are now more than enough very good alternatives on the market.
