whenever someone needs them there should be relevant ideas, answers and experiences just lying around for people to find.
The importance of being open…

This has to be my biggest driver for turning to blogging. Without the open community I have found myself in I don’t think I would be where I am today.

When I’ve needed something I’ve been able to find something lying around in Medium or Twitter.

Because of this I’ve wanted to give back, and hope that my own ramblings aide someone.

I recently read a book on the development of teachers (don’t ask why), in it they argue that to develop teachers should talk about their teaching ways, and that blogging and tweeting are channels for this to be done. In that domain it’s been shown that this open dialogue about teaching methods is more effective in developing better teachers than some expensive course or conference.
