Excellent article, Indi. I think that this space you’ve identified within the discovery phase is important because it allows Lean to work. The maxim More Haste > Less Speed paired with your article makes me think of another “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.” It leads us to good questions like “what stage is your product in?” or “how much do we really know about our customers and users? How much must we know?” Answering these before diving into our go-to method will help us better match our output to the client’s need.
